| Music education in rural primary and secondary schools is a hot topic in recent years, and it is aiso a weak link in the ecological chain of aducation. It is mainly manifested in the unbalanced development of music education in urban and rural areas. From the ecological point of view, the main factors that restrict the development of the music education ecosystem in rural primary and secondary schools are: first, the shortage of music teachers in rural primary and secondary schools, the single teaching method and the old-fashioned teaching concept, can not inspire students’ interest in music lessons.Secondly, the teaching materials used do not conform to the school situation, and it is difficult for students in rural primary and secondary schools to understand the content of textbooks. It also brought some pressure on teachers to prepare for classes.Thirdly, the concept of education lags behind, and the phenomenon of "heavy intellectual education,re-promotion rate, and light aesthetic education" is serious. This has led to the lack of attention to music classes. Finally, the majority of the population in rural areas is dominated by the elderly and children left behind. This kind of population ecology is an unhealthy population ecology, and it also restricts the development of music education in rural primary and secondary schools. In view of the problems in the ecology of music education in rural primary and secondary schools, the following optimization approaches are proposed: First,we must change the rural concept of music education, strengthen the teaching staff of music teaching, and change the music teaching method. Then, starting from the unique economic, cultural and political environment in rural areas,we will increase the investment in rural music education equipment, attract music educators through multiple channels, and realize the unification of teaching materials and learning conditions, and gradually guide rural music education to modernization. From the perspective of educational ecology, this paper explores the problems existing in music education ecology in rural primary and secondary schools and puts forward the optimization ways based on objective, systematic, holistic, dynamic and sustainable development. This paper is composed of two parts: "theory review" and "investigation and study".It takes several primary and secondary schools in rural areas of tianshui city as the research object, and distributes student questionnaire and teacher questionnaire to provide data reference for the article. |
