In recent years, a trend of juvenile delinquency rapid development has been emerging in our country where the number of juvenile offenders has been increasing year by year, causing harm to social stability. Adolescent juvenile offenders hasn’t formed the correct values and their outlook on life, self-knowledge and self-control ability are so low that they are impulsive easily, especially high anger trait of juvenile offenders are more likely to make hostile judgment of fuzzy situation and adopt hostile behavior so they have experienced more anger. It not only can reduce the frequency of their anger and aggressive behavior but also can enhance self-control if they are given proper guidance on their experience. Besides, with their strong plasticity, if given the proper guidance, they are more likely to realize their own mistakes, establish new values and new reasonable behavior so as to complete the resocialization better.The research about correction of juvenile offenders is around community correction, using concepts and methods of social work; or under the cognitive-behavioral theoretical guidance, some scholar research is designed for group program. Based on province juvenile offenders reformatory for juvenile offenders as research object, using adolescent personality questionnaire on 634 juvenile offenders, the study selected the top 10% of high test scores anger juvenile offenders 32 as the subjects of this study group.This text starts from the perspective of group work, which has been designed under the guidance of theory of cognitive-behavioral、the advantages of viewing angle and my guiding mirror theory and according to the characteristics of high anger trait of juvenile offenders. The ways are using demonstrations、role playing、cognitive restructuring and relaxation training to carry out offenders’ communication training, the management of emotions and behavior. we can find out the effect of activities to draw conclusions by means of the evaluation of each activity process, members of satisfaction assessment activities, the measure before and after comparison of the results of the questionnaire and follow-up evaluation after the event.Studies show that the group achieved certain effect carried out by nine activities which take the juvenile offenders with high trait anger as objects of the research. The effect are as follows. The first is more clear about understanding of the team members. The second is that the relationship of disciplined police and the companion develops towards a good direction by means of proper expression. The third is that the members’ internal expression of anger has been improved significantly by conducting group activities, so they will no longer suppress their anger in psychology, but rather to seek a reasonable and appropriate expression and catharsis, which helps to alleviate their negative emotions. Meanwhile, several shortcomings are summarized by carrying out the process. First, group method does not cooperate with other social work methods when it intervenes psychological correction of juvenile offenders. Second, the intervention of group work method for psychological correction of juvenile offenders does not assessment of demand. Third, the role is not clearly located. Fourth, the group work in the intervention process does not consider the team members’ particularity.
