Casework Intervenes In Community Corrections Research For Juvenile Offenders

China's community correction law has been implemented since July 1,2020.After its promulgation,it will become an important part of the national legal system,providing a more comprehensive interpretation of community correction and a new basis for China's community correction work.Facing the new complex form,the community correction work has a great impact on social harmony and stability.In recent years,the problem of juvenile delinquency has become prominent,and the problem of juvenile delinquency has also become the focus of attention.For the long-term stability of the country,community correction of juvenile delinquents has become an indispensable work in the judicial field.Many juvenile delinquency are accidental and sudden,and must be corrected in accordance with the differences in the characteristics of juvenile offenders.Social work is based on a scientific perspective and uses professional methods to solve problems.One of the commonly used methods is the case work method,which is characterized by differentiation and provides corrective services for individuals,this is consistent with the requirements of community correction for juvenile offenders.Based on the author's on-the-spot investigation and Professional Service,this paper takes the juvenile offenders in county a as the research object,and under the guidance of the theory of social superiority and the theory of social support,using literature,observation and interviews,this paper attempts to apply the case work method in community correction of juvenile offenders,and first chooses a service object,starting from the problem of the service object of the case,make use of the social work related knowledge to carry on the detailed case analysis to the service object,through many case services,help it complete the community correction smoothly,this process needs the long-term effort,unceasing exploration and the practice,to encourage juvenile offenders,so as to allow them to return to their families and society as soon as possible.Secondly,in the light of the problems existing in the course of practice,this paper gives some suggestions to the community correction of juvenile offenders in a county,in order to enrich the current community correction of juvenile offenders in this county and ensure good correction effect,this paper tries to provide some meaningful references for the study of the concrete practical process of community correction for juvenile delinquents.This article holds that in the intervention of case work in the community correction of juvenile offenders,we should: first,the community correction team should absorb the professionals with social work;second,the key is to play the professionalism effectively;third,follow-up is the guarantee.
