The Revising Research On Talents Cultivation Objective From The Angle Of Alumni

Talents cultivation objective is the most basic concept in the theory of talents cultivation in higher education, as well as the target of all the work of universities.From the actual situation of research on undergraduate talentscultivation objective, the bodies of research involvedare mainly government agencies, education administrative leadership, teaching administrators or employers while the alumni as the main body ofresearch israre. Taking the case of E university, this paper not only tries to figure out the components of talent training target and the process that the target developed, but also providing relevant advice for revising talentscultivation objective.This paper summarizes the components of talent training target under the perspective of alumni, combining with the questionnaire survey of alumni and part of the normal alumni interviews, as well as literature research. Then compare training target in the alumni eyes with the current normal professional training objectives of E university and explorethe similarities and differences. At last, the revision E university talent training objective opinions and Suggestions areproposedand the way of talents training goal of revision are discussed.
