At the beginning of the 21st century, our country carried out a foundation education course reform, Shanghai is allowed to independently develop the curriculum standard. The curriculum reform, curriculum standards and teacher professional development put forward specific requirements to teachers’ ability of education. The national curriculum standard is the basis of writing teaching materials, teaching, assessment and examination proposition. Highly educated novice teachers, as an important part of teachers, how much do they understand the curriculum standard? The author prepares to answer this question by comparing the alignment degree between the novice teachers’teaching design and the curriculum standard.In this study is based on the Bloom’s taxonomy for learning, teaching and assessing, references to the evaluation standards of Webb’s alignment analysis model, and set up an evaluation framework to compare the alignment degree between the teaching design and the curriculum standard. In this study, three highly educated novice teachers provide nine teaching designs as the research sample; I compare the alignment between the teaching goal and the course standard, the teaching and the course standard and evaluation and the course standard from the dimensions of knowledge, cognitive level and overall level.The study found that the alignment between the highly educated novice teachers’ teaching design and the curriculum standard is good. Highly educated novice teachers can complete the teaching mission, but there are differences between their teaching design levels. And they have no significant advantages in teaching design based on curriculum standards.So they also need to study the content of the curriculum standard, and take the curriculum standard as the core to make teaching designs, so that they can promote their professional development.
