The new curriculum standards requires that school should carefully analyze the local and school characteristics, making full use of available resources, actively developing potential resources. It requires teachers to actively develop the resources in favor of enhancing students’ awareness of learning Chinese on various occasions, and ultimately improve their language literacy. The subjects of this study are mainly forth, fifth and sixth-year Chinese teachers.This paper summarize the studies at home and abroad and Chinese curriculum resources adopting documentary method, defining the relevant core concepts; counts up and analyses the development of exploitation of curriculum of elementary senior Chinese teacher adopting questionnaire and observation method. Based on this case, the study advances case analysis about exploitation of curriculum of Shi Jiazhuang Foreign Language Primary School Chinese teachers, and proposes the teaching case and review about exploitation of curriculum in high grade primary school. The paper consists of 5 parts:Part one is introduction. Explains why this paper put forward the problem and the significance of the issue, summarize the research status at home and abroad, define the core concept and expound the confusing concept.Part two is the standard of Chinese curriculum of the elementary school higher grades and the requirement of resource development. This section mainly elaborates the new requirements of the elementary school higher grades, including curriculum objectives,content teaching ideas,learning style,evaluation purposes and methods. And the curriculum resource development requirements for language teachers in upper primary under new curriculum standards,including paying attention to human resource development and generated resources during the focus on human resources factors in the process of curriculum implementation.Part three investigates and analyzes the reasons of curriculum resources develop for the high-grade primary school language teachers. Preparation of questionnaires and observation sheets, analyzing the cause.Part four:The case of Chinese curriculum resource development in Shijiazhuang Foreign Language Primary School. In this section, the paper talks about four aspects, they are advanced scientific management ideas to stimulate the development of curriculum resource teacher enthusiasm, teacher combined with subject characteristics, actively explore and make full use of various resources and development of society and parents, primary language process evaluation program.Part five are the case studies and reflections on Chinese curriculum resource development of primary school high-grade. Explain what is the "four independent four aspects" instructional design, and design four classes around this requirement, they are reading writing lesson plans, reading lessons task list, reading class project settings, instruction design of the new lesson. The writer hopes this research will be beneficial to first-line teachers, and enhance the awareness of primary school language teacher curriculum resources.
