However, the Higher Education in our country starts relatively low and has a short history. It has been affected by such a education that value the theories knowledge and ignore practice abilities for a long time. There are still many problems in its development, especially the mode of training talents. It hasn’t been a systematic, scientific and complete theories. A variety of practice patterns could be improved. After the time of enrollment expansion, the number of graduates is increasing. It must bring some pressure on the graduates of Higher Occupation. Whether they can successfully employed or not,it will have a great influence on the stability of society and family harmony.College majors, reputation of universities, and other individuals will have an impact on the ability of Higher Occupation Education graduates. So the research the employment stability of higher occupation treats graduates of vocational adjustment period as the objects. The living condition research of the Higher Occupation Education graduates regards the graduates of university as the studying subjects. This thesis starts from the current society environment and tries to find reasons for the difficulties of obtain employment. We could find some reasons through the community, schools and graduates. The thesis attempts to establish a relationship with the graduates between life and job stability, which studies through the graduates income, psychological capital, copy styles and makes appropriate advice. It also tries to develop and use mental resources and reduce demission rate for companies. It will give some advice for broadening employment channels.
