With the rapid development of economy, politics and culture, the social desiresmore and more high quality and high skills applied talents. At the same time, countriesalso gradually strengthen vocational school moral education. Higher vocational studentswho have good professional ethics quality is of great significance not only for personaldevelopment, but also for social progress. This paper expounds the connotation ofprofessional ethics and professional ethics education. The analysis of the connotation ofprofessional ethics will deepen students’ understanding of the professional ethicseducation connotation. I summarize the characteristic of the professional ethicseducation who has a special professional ethics education content and more flexibleteaching form.Through empirical investigation, this paper analyzes the current higher vocationalstudents’ professional ethics education present situation respectively from five aspects:the higher vocational students’ professional ethics education, higher vocational schoolteachers’ professional morality quality, professional ethics education in highervocational schools, vocational students’ professional values and other ways of ethicaleducation.By analyzing the questionnaires and interviews, I boil the main problems ofstudents’ professional ethics education in the higher vocational school down to:implementing education means more inefficiently, professional ethics educationevaluation mechanism is partial, professional ethics education teachers strength is weak,vocational students’ professional values is too diversified, core value is not outstandingand professional ethics of vocational students cognitive level is relatively low.In view of the main problems of the present professional ethics education in highervocational school as well as the cause of the problem, this paper discusses theinfluential factors of students’ professional ethics education in vocational school. Ianalyze the influential factors of students’ professional ethics education in vocationalschool from society, school, family and students themselves four aspects.In view of the problems and the influential factors of students’ professional ethicseducation in vocational school, this paper puts forward the correspondingcountermeasures according to the results of the questionnaire and the interview analysis. First, the higher vocational schools can enhance the implementation of the educationmeans by innovating teaching methods, content and means. Second, the highervocational schools should set up a more comprehensive assessment of occupationalmoral education, as well as establish scientific evaluation system. Third, the highervocational schools should give full play to the functions of teachers’ example model bystrengthening the professional quality of teachers. Fourth, the higher vocational schoolsshould strengthen the students’ shame-awareness education and responsibility. Theyshould encourage students to take responsibility, exercise students dealing withprofessional judgment. Fifth, the higher vocational schools should strengthenprofessional ethics education and better improve the cognitive level of students’professional ethics respectively from three aspects higher vocational schools, teachersand students themselves.
