The Analysis And Design Of Foreign Students Management System

The number of students wanting to study in the Republic of China has been increasing day by day. Most of the students coming to Republic of China choose to study at Inner Mongolian University and these numbers are inclined to increase year to year.Therefore, I aspired to find solutions to the problems foreign students face and to find ways to provide safe, healthy and comfortable environment to live and study. The first step in achieving my goal seems to be building foreign students’management system. The way the International Education Department works now is not economical and consumes too much time. The system I am suggesting in my research paper will eliminate these difficulties.As such, the purpose of my work is to research the ways to build foreign students’ administrative information system using the foreign students’database at International Education Department.To help with my reserach work, I will research about students’information system used in Mongolia to find about the pros and cons of the system. If the International Education Department starts using foreign students’information system, all the students’information will be stored in the system; therefore taking students’information will be fast and preparing account statements of the students will be easy. In addition, the work of the professors assigned to help foreign students will be reduced and the students’information will be stored in more organized manner and ultimately will lead to time and money savings.First explains the background and research status of the international student management information system. Then analyzes the business requirement of International Education Department, and draw the functional requirements of each user. According to the functional requirements analysis, I designed each module architecture. At last I designed database table based on E-R graph.
