Practice is the only standard to test truth,and practice teaching which also occupies an unusual position in the cultivation of talent ability,only combining book knowledge with practical study can students better integrate theoretical knowledge and apply it to life practice.Therefore,now the university began to realize the importance of practical teaching,the best place for practice teaching is the teaching practice base in colleges and universities,so how to use modern project management method to construct practical teaching base and improve the efficiency of practice teaching,so that it can exert maximum benefit is the important problem in the current talent training Plan of university.In the first chapter,the background and significance of the internship base are expounded,the present research situation at home and abroad as well as the main research contents and methods are introduced,and the second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of the relevant concepts in this paper.The third chapter,through the elaboration Foreign Language Department of Wuhan H university student internship project Status Quo,The main problems are as follows: first,teachers and students are not aware of the practical teaching,the student regards it as the credit which must be obtained,so the participation degree is not high in the practice teaching,the teacher also equate the practice teaching with the ordinary classroom teaching,there is no matching practical teaching scheme to improve the teaching efficiency and exert the benefit of the practice base.There is no perfect practice teaching system in the whole university,the result is that the practice teaching in colleges and universities is short and the resources are few,and there is no corresponding professional practice teacher to train the students,which leads to the students not feeling the difference between practical teaching and classroom teaching and not participating in the initiative.The concrete implementation is not ideal,makes the practice teaching to be fictitious;the fourth chapter,the Serious internship project present situation and the existence series question forced the Wuhan H University to strengthen and perfect the practice base construction and the management as soon as possible according to the modernized project management method.This chapter introduces the main contents of project preparation,project plan,project implementation and project evaluation.The fifth chapter,from the school,teachers and students from three angles,based on strengthening the practice base evaluation,strengthen management ability training,expand practice base function,This paper puts forward the improvement and optimization strategy of the Foreign Language Department internship project of Wuhan H University by actively exploring the new model of school-enterprise cooperation.Among them,the main measures of learning are to establish a stable practice base,to strengthen the training of teaching staff,to perfect the practice management and investigation system,to improve students ' participation enthusiasm and so on;the teachers ' measures mainly have the understanding of the practice teaching idea,the classroom pays more attention to the training of practical ability;Students ' measures mainly include changing students ' learning habits and strengthening students ' information learning and handling skills;The sixth chapter,taking the practice base of Daye experimental middle School as an example,integrates the modern project management theory into the construction of practice base,and pays attention to the evaluation of practical teaching achievement,This case analysis provides a reference basis for the management of the practice base of the Foreign language Department of Wuhan H University.
