Research On The Management Problems Of Student Training Research

The 21st century is an era that technology develops rapidly. New knowledge, new technologies are emerging. Innovation, creativity, creation become a driving force for economic development. Therefore, it needs the talents who has innovation consciousness, creativity capacity and can solve practical problems. How to cultivate the high-quality innovative talent which the era requires has become an issue that the institution of higher education should valued highly and solved urgently. It is helpful for the undergraduates to develop their innovative consciousness, raise their practical ability and improve their comprehensive quality by participating in the research training. Thus it is an effective way to cultivate the innovative talents to take part in the research training for the undergraduates. In this paper, taking the Z University as the example, through the in-depth study of the management of Student Research Training(SRT)plan finds the problem and presents the way to solve it. It has great significance for universities to cultivate innovative talents, improve training modes and other aspects.In this paper, specific studies as follows:The first part discusses from the related concepts of the Student Research Training and the theoretical basis. It defines the concept of Student Research Training and analyzes the theoretical basis of the implementation about the Student Research Training The second part investigated the status of Z university Student Research Training from three aspects which are management organization, managed object and security systems. Among them, the management organization is investigated mainly from the set of the management organization and the related rules and regulations. Managed objects are mainly investigated from students, instructors, and the process of scientific training. Moreover, the security system is from hardware facilities, research funding, incentive system, evaluation mechanisms to investigate.The third part which depends on the three aspects identifies the problems and causes which exists in the Student Research Training management. Among them, the problems which exist in the management organization is the imperfect of the management agency, few people involved in management and the unclearness of the research management The main problems of managed objects are mainly analyzed from students, instructors and the process of the scientific research training. The problems which exist in the security system include the improvement of the hardware facilities, lack of scientific research funds, inadequate of the incentives system and the imperfect of the evaluation mechanism. The reason for the above problems is that the government, universities and students pay few attentions to the scientific research training and traditional education system don’t integrate with the innovative training objectives.The fourth part puts forward recommendations to the Student Research Training management from the three aspects. It should improve Student Research Training institution and regulatory, make the students and teachers play an active role and strengthen the management of process,establish a complete security system.
