To promote the implementation of primary and secondary stages of teaching and curriculum evaluation standard based on the work, is to promote students’ all-round development and personality development needs, is the guarantee of all students to accept the need for a fair and high quality education, is the need to lighten the students’ heavy academic burden and psychological burden, more is the inevitable choice of promoting the in-depth curriculum reform stage of primary and middle school. In 2013 August, "the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission on primary and secondary stages of implementation teaching and curriculum evaluation standard based on the opinions" issued, marked with "zero point", such as teaching evaluation as a symbol of the work of teaching and curriculum evaluation standard based on the official start.Although the basic idea for teaching and assessment based on curriculum standard has been widely accepted, but the teaching and evaluation standards based curriculum has what characteristics, should be how to promote teaching and evaluation standards based curriculum, in advancing the process needs to grasp what the key problem, is our teachers to think about.This thesis is mainly based on the formulation of physics curriculum standard in Shanghai City, the goal of teaching, physics homework of junior middle school students to carry on the design. Put forward the curriculum standards of teaching philosophy is "student-centered development", this thesis will design work from the perspective of students’ needs, and to consider the individual differences between students, gradient design and layered evaluation form design aspect mainly from the purpose of homework, to the ease of operation, operation, at the same time do Research on operation gradient design and divided into evaluation, based on the summary and reflection of this topic, the summary of this topic and the prospect of the harvest of late, to find effective ways in the design of homework at the same time, improve the students’ learning interest and learning efficiency.This paper consists of five parts:the first chapter is the introduction part, introduces the background, purpose, significance of this thesis, and the research contents and methods; and the related concept of the definition and the framework of this article briefly explained. Introduces the theoretical basis of the research of second chapter. The third chapter explains the related investigation of present situation of junior middle school physics homework. This chapter is divided into two parts of the questionnaire survey and the interview. The fourth chapter design practice of junior middle school physics homework and hierarchical gradient evaluation are studied and proved in many aspects, and expounds the topic practice effect. This is the core part of this paper, focusing on the implementation of strategy design work gradient. On the gradient operation implementation presented to aim for the elements of the layered, in form and content for the elements of the layered, difficulty factor stratification, time and amount of elements of the stratification, the individual differences of students stratification related to five aspects of the implementation of the strategy. The fifth chapter is the summary and the forecast to the subject. A summary of the paper, a clear direction of future research.
