As an important means to promote students’ learning,homework is also an indispensable link in the teaching process and plays an important role in teaching.It is not only a way to consolidate and strengthen the classroom teaching effect,but also an important tool to promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of students’knowledge,skills,emotional attitudes and other aspects.It is also one of the important ways to feedback students’ learning results and teachers’ teaching results to teachers,parents and school leaders.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,the teaching of primary and secondary schools in our country has made very important changes in both teaching methods and learning methods,paying special attention to students’ initiative and autonomy in learning.Although the state has repeatedly proposed to reduce the burden on homework,homework is still a very thorny problem so far.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the stratification of students’homework.Based on the study of homework problems at home and abroad and the educational practice in China,the present situation of homework for H primary school students in Wuhan was investigated and analyzed by observation,questionnaire and interview.Aiming at the problems existing in extracurricular homework,the design mode of hierarchical homework is constructed to improve the current situation of students’homework.Through investigation,we found that the following problems mainly exist in primary school students’ homework:large amount of homework and strong homogeneity;The type of homework is single and the interest is poor.The content of the homework is unified and the pertinence is weak.Homework feedback is random and lack of guidance.The author reflected on these problems in essence and found that the existence of these problems was seriously affected by the traditional,single and one-size-fits-all homework design concept.The unified homework design has not yet realized the differences between students,which has seriously affected the development of students’ personality and potential.Under such a background,the construction of a student-oriented hierarchical operation mode that can meet the differentiated needs of students arises at the historic moment.This paper expounds the origin,development and basic connotation of stratified homework,and discusses the influence and enlightenment of corresponding educational theories on stratified homework,which serves as the theoretical basis for the construction of stratified homework.In order to highlight its essential characteristics,this paper explains the design features of hierarchical operations and explores the value demands of hierarchical operations from five aspects.On this basis,the practical steps and operation essentials of hierarchical job design are discussed,and the case and analysis of hierarchical job design are given.Finally,in order to truly:implement the design concept of hierarchical homework,the implementation conditions and mechanisms of hierarchical homework are analyzed from three aspects:teachers,parents and schools.
