It is an inevitable trend that education should return to nature and personality. Curriculum standard advocates that teaching must face all students. It should pay attention to individual differences and to develop the potential of each individual to study physics.Therefore, how to pay attention to the student individuality development in high school physics teaching has gradually become the focus of the curriculum reform in our country. In fact, the concept of personalized teaching has been put forward for many years, but in a complicated course, such as physics, the effectuation of individualized teaching is very difficult. The purpose of this practice research, which is under the organization form of class teaching system, geared to the needs of rural high school students and based on individual differences, is to develop personalized high school physics teaching and improve students, studying of physics.This paper is divided into the following three parts:Firstly, based on the analysis of the high school physics classroom teaching and three years, working experience in a rural senior high school of Xindu district, the author put forward the thesis, discussed the connotation of personalized teaching through literature research, defined the concept of personalized teaching, and introduced the research status of personalized teaching at home and abroad.Secondly, theoretical and practical bases are introduced, to which the implementation of personalized teaching is related.Finally, the author designed corresponding personalized teaching plan according the school, student and teaching material, and introduced the living example of personalized teaching in rural high school physics inquiry learning, classroom teaching, as well as individual coaching. Practical studies have shown that personalized teaching in rural high school teaching is very effective in taking care of individual differences of students and promoting personal development.
