The new curriculum reform puts emphasis on the ideological concept of education,stressing the differences among students and every student's development,which corresponds to the requirements of Individualized teaching.The special status of Senoir High "Life and Philosophy" in Ideological and Political lessons needs teachers to start from the needs of students,create Individualized Teaching designs,guide students to realize the truth or philosophic theory,and improve the students' thinking quality and understanding of the humanities.When designing the related teaching activities in the Senior High philosophy teaching,we should attach importance to the intellectual level and development potential of the Senior High school students' psychological,and expand the resources with the view of the independence and selectivity.We can promote students' understanding of philosophical principles and learn to demonstrate,discuss and solve problems with these principles.Accordingly,this will help the students to plug in the wings of philosophical thinking,acquire the subject literacy,and have the necessary character and key competencies to meet their lifelong self-development and social development needs.This article chooses Senior High Ideological and Political Module(Compulsory IV),"Life and Philosophy",to carry out the Individualized Teaching research,in order to improve the pertinence of philosophy teaching and arouse students' enthusiasm,initiative and creativity in learning philosophy.This article is logically divided into four chapters.Chapter One defines the concepts related to Individualized Teaching through literature research,and analyzes the meaning,characteristics and significance of Individualized Teaching in "Life and Philosophy" in Senior High.Chapter Two,from the perspective of teaching reflection,uses the method of teacher interview and student questionnaire to analyze the problems and reasons for the Individualized Teaching of the "Life and Philosophy" module in Senior High.Chapter Three,based on the author's own teaching practice,focuses on the starting point,the core and the returning of Individualized Teaching with three dimensions,taking the "Viewing the Problem with the Viewpoint of Development" as an example to carry out Individualized Teaching designs.Chapter Four summarizes the implementation strategies of the Individualized Teaching of "Life and Philosophy" in Seni or High: excavating and integrating curriculum resources,training students' thinking methods,improving students' learning ability,and attaching importance to the combination of theory and practice,improving teaching evaluation feedback,and so on.Individualized Teaching of "Life and Philosophy" in Senior High not only emphasizes the students' knowledge and abilities,but,more importantly,it also focuses on the value guide of their life growth.The purpose of this topic is to explore the Individualized Teaching of "Life and Philosophy" in Senior High from two aspects of theory and practice,guiding teachers to design creative teaching really from the needs of students and to focus on the lifelong development of the students.This article aims to provide the other Senior High politics teachers with some reference to ideas,cases,strategies and other aspects for the Individualized Teaching of "Life and Philosophy" in Senior High.
