With the deepening of education reform, the traditional school-based training has been unable to meet the demand for teachers in the new situation of education information, teachers online training is the trend. At present, there are a lot of researches about online training mode of teachers, but mostly have limitations in activities. For different teachers and training platform should design personalized training activities to adapt to the individual differences and accommodate individual differences between the levels of education achieved between regions, between urban and rural areas, between intercollegiate educational balance between population and educational equity. Therefore, it is a top priority for teachers to explore the online training mode which is conducive to the development of specific teachers and research platform.This paper explores through the investigation and experimental method to explore the online training mode which is suitable for primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic areas of Sichuan province, carried out teacher online training activity based on Sichuan Province teachers students network learning space(L-Box). In addition, the author used the cognitive walkthrough and visual tracking techniques to evaluate and verify the usability of L-Box, and put forward improvement suggestion.The content of this paper is organized as follows:The first chapter is the introduction. The chapter first analyzes the background and significance of this topic, and then examines the research situation through literature review, further determine the research content and research methods.The second chapter introduces the theory and technical support, provides a solid foundation for the research of the paper.The third chapter is mainly about the investigation and analysis of the application of L-BOX in the network training of primary and middle school teachers. Through interviews of teachers, platform developers and domain experts, summarize and analyze the research habits of teachers by L-Box and the shortage of the platform, in order to do a good data support for the further study.The main content of chapter four is the inquiry and practice of the teacher network training mode. First of all, the author accords to the research results and theories to establish a network training mode which applies to the teachers in Liang Shan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, then design the teacher network training activity based on the online learning space(L-Box)and evaluate the activity.The fifth chapter is evaluate the feasibility of the online learning space(L-Box) on the survey results and the problems in teachers’ training activities. The main tested The interface design and the interaction flow of L-Box by cognitive search method, to find the problem of the stage platform, propose the improvement suggestion, and adopt the visual tracking technology to verify the usability problem.The sixth chapter is summary and outlook, this chapter mainly discusses the full paper and summarized it, reviews the deficiency in the article, and make the specific work plan.
