Since the 21 st century, “Agriculture,Countryside and Farmer” issues have been the hottest topic of concerns in academia, especially in recent years, farmers have become the focus of academic public discussions. In addressing the“Agriculture, Countryside and Farmer” issues and promoting farmers’ citizen of the process, the party and the country attached great importance to the education and training of farmers. However, the vast majority of the research literature more from the perspective of a single discipline of sociology, political science, economics, and not to pay attention to our farmers and the public research issues from a multidisciplinary perspective or a combination of discipline. Farmers’ citizenship issue is a complex social problem while a complex educational problems, we need to solve the problems from the perspective of multi-disciplinary or multi-disciplinary.For these reasons, this paper combines the disciplines of sociology and pedagogy perspectives to sociological "cultural regurgitation-feeding" theory and the theory of pedagogy farmer education and training for research perspective, the paper mainly uses the test, survey, interview law, literature, case studies and other research methods, the basic status quo of China’s peasant farmers and the public of public literacy, the main problems and the basic ways and means to enhance the quality of our people through cultural farmer feeding depth study.The main contents of this paper are: Basic Survey(1) Chinese peasants public literacy survey included people of Chinese peasants external environment, examine the elements of living environment, occupation and employment status, obtain status information, basic civil rights protection condition; Chinese farmers citizen of internal factors, there is the concept of life factors examined, attitudes, lifestyles; Chinese farmers citizenship education and training conditions, is expected to examine the elements of education, participate in continuing education status, attend formal training situation, citizens reading level.(2) Chinese farmers enhance public literacy difficulties, factors examined include four aspects, one external constraints, the second is to protect citizens’ rights, the three internal control factors, including the concept of time, career ideas, birth concept, treat women especially his wife’s attitude, scientific and rational spirit, dealing with new things and change attitudes, political and social organizations involved in social communication, access to information, leisure, and so fulfill the public code of conduct, four issues are education and training.(3) cultural regurgitation-feeding test, the test activities are mainly in the Chengdu High-tech Zone of schools, families, communities, the purpose of the test is financed through cultural activities to enhance farmers’ public literacy and skills of modern life.The main conclusions of this study are:(1) from the external environment, the overall living conditions of the farmers, the employment environment is poor, farmers’ Children receiving compulsory education more difficult;(2) from internal factors, China’s farmers the concept of life and a more conservative attitude, behavior norms citizen awareness needs to be strengthened, farmers’ participation in the political and social organizations are not active;(3) the education and training situation, the overall educational level of farmers is not high, low reading level of citizens, continuing education and formal training participation is not high, relevant training content, ways and means unreasonable. Judging from the perspective of cultural feedback,(1) based on the perspective of family education, should pay attention to cultural feedback effects for parents or children or descendants of the previous generation;(2) based on the perspective of school education, schools should be important as the implementation of the Cultural Repaying position;(3) the angle of community-based education, and should actively create a culture conducive to nurturing community atmosphere;(4) based on the perspective of government functions should support cultural activities in regurgitation-feeding policy and funds.The innovation of this paper:(1) the research perspective, the paper comprehensive use of disciplinary perspectives of sociology and pedagogy;(2) the research methodology, research paper uses qualitative and quantitative research methods combining in particular, the use of the experimental study, a certain degree of empirical research was attempted;(3) the practical application, this article from the perspective of cultural feedback to enhance public literacy peasant family, school, community approach to a certain degree exploration.
