The curriculum of technology education at primaryschool children as scientificenlightenment to the curriculum, with ten minutes to the role of science literacy in the development of the students.a lot of the combination of urban and rural primary, but many school teachers in the education of science and technology, will produce many errors, such as the science and technology education simply equivalent to the labor technology course, in science and technology education, they only organizes the student to carry on some simple Handmade only, or they take the science and technology education understood to engage in activities, science and technology education mention large-scale engage in activities, effect and effect ask activities, and teachers think science and technology education is the science class extension, confined to the science textbook knowledge, put not to open, the education of science and technology have made only for science class second class service, greatly reduce the enthusiasm of students to participate in activities, and with the advance of the city, the integration of urban and rural everywhere, because of its special geographical position and the students, the promotion of scientific and technological education are more difficult than the ordinary school. The author has been engaged in the first science and technology education in schools, through the comparative study of the similar school, I find some methods and measures, which can effectively implement the education of science and technology.through the Chinese How Net and other teaching books, literature, resources and so on, to understand the current status and trend of study on the integration of urban and rural primary school science and technology education practice and exploration.constructivism theory, humanism theory, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory. It emphasizes the study should follow the pertinence, incentive, practical and step-by-step guidance strategy.The fourth part is the research of school science and technology education curriculum framework, which is one of focuses in this study, it contains the idea of running a school training objectives and curriculum construction.The fifth part is the research results, it shows the Jinjiang District Prince primary school this year to grades, respectively from the small paper.
