Abstract: urban-rural education integration is an important measure to earnestly break the two-dimension traditional urban & rural education and boost balanced development of urban-rural education, offering fair education and training chance for students; in which, energetically to improve rural teachers' quality and to achieve even distribution of teacher resource constitute its key points. High school's chemistry teacher's team construction assumes a key part of the whole teacher's team construction. To construct a high quality teacher's team for high school will improve the chemistry course's teaching quality in Chengdu, thus narrowing the gap between urban and rural education quality, which accords with the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people and is significant for constructing Chengdu into a harmonious society.The text has had an overall study on theory and practice of improving high school's Chemistry teacher's team construction—the key point in Chengdu's urban-rural education integration promotion and balanced urban-rural education development process. With comparison between domestic and overseas status quos in teacher team construction, the text has introduced advanced approaches in terms of teacher team construction to high school's Chemistry teacher's team construction work in Chengdu.
