Study On Chengdu High School Chemistry Teachers Team Construction In The Process Of Urban-rural Education Integration

Abstract: urban-rural education integration is an important measure to earnestly break the two-dimension traditional urban & rural education and boost balanced development of urban-rural education, offering fair education and training chance for students; in which, energetically to improve rural teachers' quality and to achieve even distribution of teacher resource constitute its key points.
