Basis for the development of any country is the level of education of their populations. Future goals and strategies of the current globalization of higher education shift concomitant trends and standards in the world of higher education to the proper processing of higher education institutions in Mongolia. Ministry of Interior created educational system in August 1921 and built first school in Mongolia. Main goal was to develop and increase knowledge of every single person and developed comprehensive policy of rule by government. Current educational system begin in 1940.This diploma work is about history of Mongolian educational system and analysed on what is the socio-economic factors. it has 5 chapters.On chapter 2. studied about Mongolian education’s history. Chapter 3 Reunion of Universities, University faculties adjustment, University area adjustment social factors in education’s structural adjustments. Chapter 4 is about social factors in Structural adjustment. Higher educational situation in the labor market. Working situation. Difference between city factories and country factories. Gender difference in universities and schools. Chapter 5 Problems of mongolian higher education. Future development of mongolian higher education.
