The Research On The Dilemma Of Community Social Work Involved By Community Construction

Community construction is a vital task in the modernization of China currently, which can only be realized by integrating multi-resources. As a professional method involving in Community construction, Community work has been widely recognized and valued, and got remarkable effects in some developed areas domestically. However, by multiple reasons, there are lots of dilemmas of community work involved by community construction. As a result, the community work moved slowly during the process of localization. The corresponding strategies to break dilemma have important significance to promote the development of community work and the process of community construction. The author on the C Community in Hefei as a case study who had taken a face to face interview with community social workers, agency person of social organizations and community residents for consulting a lot of literature and on-the-spot investigation, obtaining first-hand true and reliable information and analyzing o carry out the status of the community social work in C community.mainly to vulnerable groups is the primary object of intervention,with the enrollment of university social work,It had used of university resources in the surrounding, in C community, the author found that there is a certain number of professional community work team, in spite of this, at present in the C community government departments are still as the leader in many of the professional community works.In this situation, according to the author’s survey found that C community in community social work intervention in community construction faces many difficulties, first, on the path is dependent on the deep-rooted traditional community work; in the organization is lack of government investment, community organizations burden is too heavy and development is not perfect; In the profession is lack of professional social workers,and specialization degree low of service; On the participation of residents, residents of the community consciousness, participation degree is low; in authority, social work is awkward position, social awareness is low. In the analysis of C community situation and difficulties, the author from the government, social organizations, professional community workers and community residents in the several aspects, universal coping strategies are put forward, such as:vigorously developing social organizations, improving social work education, training of professional talents, and further improving the government purchasing community public service, changing the role of community organizations and community itself, cultivating the modern consciousness of the residents, for our community social work successfully will intervene in community construction to provide the reference.
