Among them, the micro teaching videobecome the important carrier of spreading and sharing of knowledge, especially in recent years, advocate learning resources to open, diverse, Shared teaching video resources for education had a real impact, and micro video teaching as the “micro age” development under the new curriculum form can meet the demand of educators and learners.Reality based on the above background, this study selected by the national listed in the syllabus and enter the sports classroom twenty-four taijiquan as design object, using literature, education back and logical reasoning method,summarized to clarify the related concepts and characteristics of the micro class to class the concept and characteristics of the micro analysis and sorting out of the twenty-four taijiquan class design principle and theoretical basis, analyze the twenty-four taijiquan movement characteristics at the same time, pick out the routines of the fourth type “hug knee flexed step”as the object, the teaching video design from micro class design content, goal, method, sequence structure of teaching process and teaching strategy three dimensions proposed the sports teaching the design of the micro video mode. And design the corresponding application form, it is about sports disciplines teaching resources informationization reform andinnovation of the new exploration.
