The aim of the study is to learn the relationship between the unique characts, Perception of difference,the private university teachers; to test the relevance between the unique characts and organizational justice, Perception of difference and organizitaonal justice of the private university teachers; and the predictive ability between the unique characts and Perception of difference of the private university teachers. And to discuss the intermediary role play between the unique charators and organizational justiceThe method of this study was the questionnaire investigation which analized the 350 peices questionnaires after 307 pieces of it are effective. Both questionnaires are random sampled from Changsha two private universitys, which was descripted,single sample tested, equation analized and linear regression analized by SPSS17.0 software after that.The result of this study was as following:(1) No significant effects between different genders, education, time of working and incomes of the private university teachers;(2)Significant effects happened in different age of the private university teachers.Score of organizational justice who was beyond 35 years old were higher than those who was 35-40 years old in the perspective of distributive justice;(3)Significant effects happened in different titles of the private university teachers. In the perspective of organizational justice, total scores of associate professional titles, middle professional titles and no titles were much higher than professional titles;(4)Significant effects happened in different incomes of the private university teachers in distributive and interactive justice, which no obvious effects in organizational and procedure justice;(5)Positive relevance had been tested in the procedure justice between out-going personality and easy-going personality of the private university teachers;Positive relevance had been tested in the interactive justice of the private university teachers and responsibility;(6)Positive relevance had been tested in between the procedure justice and relatives; Negtive relevance had been tested in the interactive justice bewteen bias and relatives of the private university teachers;(7) the non-function of Perception of difference between personality traits and orgnizational justice of the private university teachers. Conclusion:(1)No effects of organizational justice would be leaded by different genders, education and working time of the private university teachers. On the contrary, age, titles and incomes would.(2) The better of personal charats, out-going personalities and easy-going personalities were, the higher of procedure justice of the private university teachers would be; the better of personality traits and responsibility were, the higher the interactive justice would be sensed by the private university teachers;(3) The closer between middle class and upper class in the difference atmesphere were, means the person called himself into relatives, the stronger the procedure and interactive justice would be; The more bias the person treated himself and others between middle and upper class, the stronger the interactive justice would be sensed by the private university teachers; the more obvious the difference atmesphere in the place where the private university teachers were, the weaker the orgnizational justice would be sensed by;(4)the non-function of organizational justice will leaded by Perception of difference of the private university teachers.
