At present, China is increasingly declining physical fitness of students, attracted the attention of authorities. Pay attention to the school curriculum, and improve standards and enhance the physical health of students, has become China’s Physical Education urgent problem. 20 th century, "the 21 st Century Action Plan for Invigorating Education" developed by the Ministry of Education clearly states: "The school sports focus should shift to rural and poor areas, the purpose is to improve the standard of sports education in these areas, and promote personnel training weak areas." In the two sessions this year, the CPPCC National Committee of the Chinese gymnastics team head coach Huang Yubin attention and Yao Ming sports reform proposal on the promotion of the special committee’s proposals, such as physical education, are subject to the attention of the national sports world has become a hot media coverage during the two sessions.Rural Middle School Physical Education’s guidelines is physical education teachers, their momentum will have a direct impact on the quality of physical education in rural areas. However, the current development of the rural middle school PE teacher motivation is clearly insufficient. How to improve the driving force for development in rural middle school PE teacher, has been closely watched by academia.This study reviewed dozens of relevant literature, then Changde City, Taoyuan County middle school PE teachers in rural areas as research object, using questionnaires, expert interviews and other research methods, and access to the Changde City, Taoyuan County, 15 rural secondary schools nearly 54 sports-related data teacher development momentum, which collate and analyze the use of mathematical statistics and make logical analysis to arrive at some of their own point of view, to improve the driving force for development in rural middle school physical education teachers have some significance. This study specifically drew the following conclusions:First, the gender distribution of the proportion of the rural middle school PE teacher obviously unbalanced; the distribution of age and seniority are also extremely unreasonable; generally low in rural middle school PE teacher qualifications and titles.Second, the factors driving force for development in rural middle school PE teacher is mainly education, job title, economic, social and emotional status of the five factors that constitute. Rural sports teachers’ professional development plan, continuing education and training, training funds are relatively scarce three aspects; the material basis of low demand satisfaction; PE teachers lack the leadership of humane care; lower social acceptance of rural sports teachers.Third, to further optimize the construction of teachers in rural middle school sports teams, more to improve the quality of rural education, science and education to achieve a major strategic country. Suggestions:(1) improve the education policies and regulations, provide basic protection.(2) focus on their own development, improve education levels. In addition to the development of the power of teachers to external factors the government, society, schools, physical education teachers is a key factor in their development can not be ignored. Mainly from the following three start, first, to increase the level of expertise and teaching; second, changing the way a single continuing education and training, focusing on research capacity; third, to establish the right career beliefs, to form the correct professional identity. Which also includes strengthening vocational education in rural middle school PE teacher beliefs in office; the culture of rural middle school PE teacher career aspirations; encourage middle school PE teachers in rural areas will experience among the hard life.(3) improve the management system to enhance the opportunity for promotion.(4) increase economic investment, to create a good platform.(5) changes in the attitude of the people and enhance social status.(6) to strengthen human care, to meet the emotional needs(7) to change the status quo of urban and rural touch, strengthen cooperation and exchange activities.
