Recently,with the rapid improvement of the socio-economic level,occupation attraction of PE teachers of the rural problems caused widespread concern in the community,the State Education Department has given the importance of this issue,the status of physical education teachers in rural relatively attractive occupation has changed.But under the influence of economic development in rural areas the level of urban and rural areas and aspects of the difference,and the city sports teachers compared to rural sports teachers' work environment' and living conditions there is a big gap,which makes the attraction of the occupation of rural sports teacher is still in a weak state of wilt.The current situation of rural professional teachers' professional attractiveness has a direct impact on the stability of rural teachers and the development of rural physical education in the context of new curriculum reform.Therefore,the problem of the vocational attraction of the physical education teachers in the rural middle schools is very worthy of the public focus.In this paper,by using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,the deep reason of the research methods of interview and mathematical statistics to analyze the status quo of low occupation attraction of high school teachers in rural areas,and on this basis ought to perfect occupation attraction of middle school PE teachers for rural.I hope we can call more people to focus on the physical education teachers in rural middle schools,and put forward some useful suggestions for advancing the new round of school physical education curriculum refonn.Thesis is divided into the following parts:The first part is the preface,the low occupation attractiveness in high school teachers in rural areas,need urgent attention,rural middle school physical education teachers team construction and sustainable development of the rural middle school physical health needs of the three point statement of the research background of this paper;and from the two aspects:the theory and practice of the purpose and significance of this study made detailed statements,this paper reviewed the research and the domestic and foreign research in this paper.The second part is the object studied in this paper and the methods used in this study.This research uses the following methods:literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.This paper will extract 63 physical education teachers and 128 parents from 16 middle schools.from two areas in the channel county and the Xinshao county.The third part is the investigation of the current situation of the vocational attraction of the physical education teachers in the rural middle schools.Mainly using the method of questionnaire survey and interviews,through social status,occupation,occupation environment compensation,the four dimensions of their comprehensive quality,investigation and reflection of high school teachers in rural areas of existing occupation attraction status,characteristics and the overall situation awareness of rural middle school physical education teachers have their own occupation attraction,provide strong theoretical basis for the follow-up to improve the attractiveness of occupation.The results of the survey show that the overall social status is not high,the occupational environment is not ideal,the professional remuneration is worrying,and its comprehensive quality is not optimistic.The fourth part is to explain the influence factors of the low vocational attraction of the physical education teachers in the rural middle schools.Analysis on everything should be multi angle,multi aspect,the government control,this part mainly focuses on rural economy policy support and Education Investment Co.,rural middle school sports teachers' economic treatment is low,the problem of occupation burnout of physical education teachers in rural common and high school teachers in rural areas to analyze the relative lack of humanistic quality of PE teachers rural middle low occupation attraction of these five aspects,aiming at a kind of earnest feelings to help.The fifth part is to put forward the method of reconstructing the vocational attraction of the physical education teachers in the rural middle schools.Mainly from the government,the society,the school and its own four levels of corresponding strategies to carry out the reconstruction of professional attractiveness.The government is improving the system and social security benefits;mainly to eliminate social prejudice against the image of PE teachers in rural areas;the school mainly from the aspect of improving the working environment,education evaluation mechanism and job subsidies;itself is mainly to improve their own quality and accomplishment.In order to improve the vocational attraction of physical education teachers in rural middle schools,the role of theoretical and practical guidance is played.The sixth part summarizes the research conclusions,recommends that the government departments provide policy,material and spiritual support for rural middle school physical education teachers,teachers actively improve their professionalism and re create the social image of positive energy.It is suggested that the three groups of society,government,and school together form a scientific and comprehensive support network to reconstruct the vocational attraction of sports teachers in rural middle schools.
