In recent years, with the speeding up of education teaching reform and development in our country, the primary school education in normal colleges actively comply with the time development request, optimize the primary school teaching system, integrate the art class teaching resources, to enhance the quality art class teaching main body, to the elementary school fine arts teaching provides a strong talent quality support.The ancients cloud: "know the person well, good than joy of abusers." Interest as the motive force of the students learning, innovation, and invention, the students learning enthusiasm and motivation generally played a very important role in promoting. It can be said that interest is the main motivation of student’s study, or is almost the only force. However, because of art from the pure skills to learning difficulty of the task, the elementary school fine arts fine arts culture the objectivity of part-time teachers and teaching idea lag factors such as the recessive existence, affecting the "interest" in art class teaching elements generated, restricts the sustainable development of elementary school art education. Small teaching in normal universities to do this, really understand the fine arts classroom "interest" teaching method "what is" the basic reason, analyze objectively the existing problems and reasons, to explore the implementation of effective strategies and methods, is particularly urgent and important.This paper is divided into three parts:Studies in normal universities the first part, the accurate positioning of the basic connotation of "interest" in the fine arts classroom instruction, on the concept and content of elementary education speciality in analysis of primary education speciality in relation and distinction between art and fine arts speciality in art, an overview of the classroom teaching of "interest" characterization and characteristics of the studies in normal universities to ensure that the fine arts classroom teaching concept of "fun" narrated, theoretical streamline, the connotation of the system.The second part, on the one hand, starting from the functions of studies in normal universities, and analyzing college studies an all-round cultivation and the present situation of the teachers at the end of a part-time job as a teaching; Analysis on the one hand, from the perspective of fine arts, art and artistic studies speciality in the gap of the students of fine arts art, analysis the existing problems and reasons, studies in normal universities to improve the "interest" in the fine arts classroom teaching structure, perfect the measures provide the theoretical basic to follow and gripper.The third part, combined with the daily rational thinking in the teaching of art, in real life, the future work, four levels of teaching target, teaching content, supplemented by case example, focuses on "interest" in the current studies speciality in the fine arts classroom teaching new ideas, new path, new measures and new methods. Mainly includes the theory research force, improving teachers’ teaching ability, enhance student motivation, and class "interest" teaching innovation, etc.
