The Research Of Chinese Public Class Policy Of University Undergraduate During The Time From 2003 To 2014

The public class policy is an important part of the curriculum policy, and it refers to the discipline policy. So, it belongs to a vital scope of the quality of education policy. Although, our country pay more and more attention to the public class policy of university undergraduate, during the time from 2003 to 2014, but there are many problems existing in the policies, for example, the content of miscellaneous, the incomplete contents, no-system content and so on. And these problems just have slowed down the construction and development of the public class of university undergraduate. The system of the public class of university undergraduate is very complicated in the view of the logic of itself development and construction. It contains three systems, the curriculum system, the teaching system, the management system. The curriculum system has the contents of curriculum provision, the content of course, class hour and so on. The teaching system has the content of course, the teaching method, the teaching research, the teaching evaluation. The management system has the construction of the contingent of teachers, the discipline construction, the construction of the system of leadership, the construction of teaching material. The author investigates and analyses the content policies in the method of literature. After that, there are some problems: the content of miscellaneous and incomplete,not enough policies to have rules to follow, the lack of authority policies to conduct, the closed and simplification of the content, and then the author proposes two suggestions to improve the construction of the public class of university undergraduate.
