Sports Policy Framework

This thesis raises the proposal of establishing the study of P.E. public policy, adopting the methodology of literature index, with the awareness of the importance of the establishment of P.E. public policy to the development of China's Physical Education. The background of the study is that the study to systematic and standardized P.E. public policy is still on its preliminary stage, the curriculum system of P.E. public policy has not been established, and this can not meet the requirements of the reform and development of Physical Education. The thesis aims to promote the establishment of P.E. public policy as a subject, and offer a set of scientific research modes and criterions, making the study of P.E. public policy more systematic, standardized and effective, and the policy making and implementation of P.E. public policy more scientific and democratic, thus enhancing the curriculum system of Physical Education and policy science and satisfying the personal desire of the researcher.The thesis consists of five parts.The first part introduces the background of the topic selection, the significance of the research, the correlated literature review, definitions of related concepts and research methodology.The second part offers definitions of the concepts of P.E. public policy, illustrates the characteristics of P.E. public policy from two aspects and categorizes it into three facets.The third part explores into the orientations of P.E. public policy from the following aspects: the concepts of P.E. public policy as a subject, the research subjects of P.E. public policy, the property of P.E. public policy as a subject and the research goal and task of P.E. public policy.The fourth part establishes a theoretical system framework which consists of rationales, system, procedure, and research methodology of P.E. public policy, based on the usual criterion of the evaluation of the curriculum theoretical system, the referential viewpoints, the conditions of the establishment and the research...
