The development of the information age and the explosive growth of information made people gradually realize that information literacy has become the key to lifelong learning. As the informatization entered into the education filed, cultivating and improving the learner’s information literacy is more and more important. As to improving the students’ information literacy as the core concept of information technology course, more and more towards integrated curriculum development, more and more attention to the use of the information technology knowledge and skills as well as to the information technology the migration, integration and application of knowledge and skills. In learning to Word document editing tools, for example, our notice is the operation of the Office document editing software and Chinese fine art, such as integrated application. Then, how information technology course can effectively improve the learner’s information literacy in order to make the learners to apply information technology knowledge and skills for the practical need of learning and life? In order to achieve this goal, many front-line teachers and researchers of informationization teaching mode for a wide range of exploration and application continuously, and the project-based teaching is one of the effective teaching mode.There are a lot of practice proves that the project-based teaching model can effectively promote the information technology course teaching effect, can effectively improve the learner’s information literacy. However, the project-based teaching model bringed teachers and learners higher challenges. This article iwill explore a strategy of how to implement the project-based teaching mode in information technology curriculum- the application of micro-video resources. Through up to three months, this study adopts project-based teaching model in high school information technology course, at the same time apply micro-video resources in project-based teaching, explore whether the micro-video resources can improve the feasibility and effectiveness of information technology curriculum.In the first part, this article launches the research background, present situation of project-based teaching and significance of this research, main research content and main research methods and research innovations and feasibility analysis of this article.In the second part, explain the core concepts about micro-video and project-based teaching mode, give a brief analysis to the theory support of the research, how micro-video resources support the project-based teaching of information technology course.In the third part of this paper, design the plain of project-based teaching and make the relevant teaching designs, exploit micro-video resources and build sites of micro-video resources.In the the fourth part, explain the teaching practice process in detail,including the preparation of practical implementation, implementation process and the analysis of the results.In the fifth part, this article make a brief summary for this inquiry process, analysis the deficiencies and farther space of this study.
