This paper studies on the system of Fenzhai of ancient high school and college of modern university by using history literature method and comparative research method,founds that the system of Fenzhai of ancient high school and college of modern university have many similarities and differences, the system of Fenzhai of ancient high school have beneficial enlightenment to development the system of college of modern university.This paper is divided into four parts;The first part is the introduction. It mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic research, overview of related research about the system of Fenzhai of ancient high school and college of modern university at home and abroad, and the innovation points and problems of this paper.In the second part,carries on the analysis to the system of Fenzhai of ancient high school and summed up its characteristics : the Zhai has a relatively substantia, living by kind of classification and collective teaching,according to the school(or subject) branch education, combine required course with elective course and accumulated scores into high grade. The system of college of modern university development status following the same reviews, discovery has three characteristics :the college has a relatively substantial, to discipline(professional) as the basis for teaching,academic.The third part is the core part of this paper. It mainly analyses the similarities and differences through the method of comparative study on the system of Fenzhai of ancient high school and college of modern university.Universality is embodied in four aspects: relative independence,organization and management structure similarity, according to school(discipline) set Zhai or college, branch teaching. the difference is reflected in: discipline and academic, professional degree.The fourth part find similarities and differences through comparative study on the system of Fenzhai of ancient high school and college of modern university,and proposes that the system of college of modern university should pay attention to building school brand, developing teacher effect, strengthening discipline construction, promoting matching mechanism innovation.
