And ethics as the soul of teachers, teachers’ professional ethics at the heart of the important factors to improve the performance of education. Ethics of quality directly affects the development of education and students, in the process of education gradually influencing induction and subtle impact on students.With the development of the socialist market economy in our country, however, society has entered a new era of change, in the face of various interest relations, social structure and values of the collision, the impact of the fission, rural middle school teachers’ ethics construction is faced with severe test.Through to the rural areas in henan province part of the survey of high school teachers, school leaders and students, to further understand the present stage of rural middle school teachers of ethics, and the individual interviews and observation is used to make up for the inadequacy of the questionnaire survey.The questionnaire mainly in rural middle school teachers’ career, the actual teaching situation, esteemed evaluation for the work of the school the teacher’s ethics, rural middle school teachers’ ethics idea and teachers’ moral learning investigation, organize a stage mainly exist in the rural middle school teachers’ ethics job involvement is not enough, lack of teaching reflection consciousness, serious formalism, single teacher evaluation way, ethics education, superficial and so on, analyzed the cause of the problems of rural middle school teachers’ ethics aspect. And on this basis to strengthen rural middle school teachers’ ethics construction countermeasures. First, by strengthening the rural middle school teachers’ self education to improve their own moral accomplishment; Second, through the attention of society and government to improve the rural middle school teachers’ economic income and social status; Third, by strengthening the school leader to create rural high school teachers to the attention of the ethics and harmonious learning atmosphere; Fourth, through the continuous improvement of teachers’ ethics norm system, constraint mechanism and incentive mechanism to guarantee the improvement of the rural middle school teachers’ ethics construction. To further enhance the level of rural middle school teachers’ virtue and to promote socialist new rural construction in henan province in the development of education.
