Under the existing social system,compulsory education has always been a key issue in our society.Under the background of the development of compulsory education in our China,the balance of educational resources allocation is an important measure which directly reflects whether the current education is scientific or not.At this stage countries are vigorously promoting the development of education fair,and need to reasonable allocation of teacher resource,on the basis of the reports of this paper analyzes and discusses the problem of the allocation of teachers in compulsory education in Panjin city.In the process of China's social development,the allocation of public resources is the focus of urban development.High quality educational resources are relatively concentrated in urban areas,which will inevitably lead to the poor development of rural compulsory education and cause the imbalance of educational resources allocation.In the long run,it will inevitably lead to the slow development of rural education,which has a serious impact on the rapid development of rural economy,hinder the development of rural social productivity improvement,at the same time also has a certain influence on rural residents comprehensive quality promotion.This paper analyzes and expounds the current situation of the development of compulsory education in Panjin and the allocation of teacher resources.Through a large number of investigation and research on the current stage of compulsory education in Panjin City,some problems are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions and countermeasures are put forward.At the same time the paper also through a large amount of data in Panjin profile of basic information of primary and secondary school.for the government of compulsory education investment situation are expounded,through detailed data contrast Panjin compulsory education teachers' age,educational background,professional title,number four aspects,such as the basic composition and distribution of statistical analysis,mining Panjin equal compulsory education teachers' configuration problems and their causes.The problem of compulsory education in Panjin City is mainly reflected in the aspects of the areas,between urban and rural areas,between colleges,from four aspects,such as between international regional through analyzing a large amount of data.The main reasons for this phenomenon are educational supply,between urban and rural teachers,treatment,the system policy,the city center orientation of the educational,and the teacher training and so on.This paper makes a further analysis and research on the phenomenon and the causes of the problem,absorb and draw lessons from the United States,Germany and other country compulsory education development experience combined with China's specific national conditions,from policy priority import weak schools,correction of current education policy,improve the teachers' rotational exchange policy,build standardized system four aspects,such as compulsory education school,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the equalization of the compulsory education teachers in Panjin under the current education system.
