Objective:This article analysis the evaluation program to see if there is a faster swimmer effort aerobic capacity, and increasing load test program to observe whether there are differences between the plateau and the plains.Methods:24 national young swimmers for the study, divided into short-distance and long distance swimmer, in the plateau and plains were three different incremental load test program. To observe and analyze the effects of different programs on ILT, VILT, BLAmax, Vmax and other indicators in different altitudes. Observation and analysis short-distance and long-distance swimmer variation trend of BLA-V curve of different programs of short-distance and long-distance swimmer in the plateau and plains.Result:1. For swimmers, the results of GXT in plateau and plain has no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).2. The short-distance and long-distance swimmers in the BLA-V curve showed the degree of fitting R2 GXT5×200m of the highest value, GXT7×100m secondly, while the R2 value GXT650m was minimum.3. Short-distance swimmer, the VILT of GXT650m was very significantly higher than GXT5×200m (P<0.01); in the long-distance swimmer, the ILT of GXT650m significantly was lower than GXT5×200m (P<0.05). Whether short distance or long distance swimmer, ILT and VILT of GXT7xl00m and GXT5x200m had no statistically significant (P>0.05).4. In terms of short distance and long-distance swimmer, the BLAmax and Vmax has significant difference between GXT7×100m and GXT5 x 200m (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The results of graded exercise test were not affected by altitudinal factors, but different programs could affect.2. GXT650m could not evaluate swimmer’s aerobic capacity.3. GXT7 × 100m had shorter swimming distance and more economic, it could be used to evaluate swimmers’ aerobic capacity.
