Research purposes:To analyse the influence of different types of defense mechanism of sanda athletes on the stressor and response of Stress Response;To compare different types of defense mechanism of sanda athletes’ response in quiet state and stress state;And trying to find the variation of heart rate variability in the process of relax and acute stress;In order to further explore how to control and prevention of the influence of stress on sanda athletes in real life,analyse the intrinsic link between reaction of psychological stress and physiological stress According to the theory.Research methods:According to the characteristics of the sanda sports,this study adopts experimental method mainly, and combined with the questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics,carried out psychological tests and heart rate variability of experiment to sanda athletes from grade one to grade three in Shenyang Sports College,using 2 factor experiment design of 3 x 2,divide the sanda athletes into three groups(mature type, middle type and immature type)to test its heart rate variability in baseline stage,relaxing stage(abdominal breathing),stress period(mental arithmetic count off) and recovery stage.And involve the most relevant problem of the ways of coping when the heart rate index rose to a certain indicators.Finally,analyse the characteristics of stressor,the ways of coping and defense mechanism type of different types of defense mechanisms of sanda athletes,and further analyse the differences of heart rate variability and the ways of coping in calm period and stress period.Results: most types of defense mechanism of sanda athletes is mature type; stressor of different types of defense mechanisms stressors does not present a significant difference; only the response "escape" present a significant difference among different defense mechanisms groups in a calm state(P < 0.05);Compare the response beteween stress and calm stage among different types of defense mechanisms, “interference inhibitory activity”reduced significantly in mature group;In intermediate defense mechanisms,“emotional catharsis”reduce significantly, “interference inhibitory activity”increased slightly but not significantly, other ways reduce slightly;In immature defense mechanisms, “emotional catharsis”reduce significantly, “interference inhibitory activity”increased slightly,other ways increase slightly(P>0.05); Heart rate variability in time-domain analysis indicators does not present a significant difference among the three types of Defense Mechanism of Sanda Athletes;Frequency domain Analysis indicators do not present a significant difference;only VLF baseline stage、VLF recovery does present a significant difference(P < 0.05); In mature group,The main difference is that every indicator of baseline stage and stress period does present a significant difference(P<0.05);In intermediate group,The main difference is that every indicator of baseline stage and relaxing stage does present a significant difference(P < 0.05); In immature group,significant difference was found in various periods of various indexes(P<0.05). Research conclusion: Three types of defense mechanism of sanda athletes’ response in quiet state do not present a significant difference. The difference of heart rate and heart rate variability index of different types of defense mechanism of sanda athletes does not present a significant difference. In the condition of relaxation training and acute stress, heart rate variability frequency domain indicators have significant variations.The stability and coordination of mature group was obviously better than the other two groups. Under stress condition, the feature of response is that the more immature of the defense mechanism type can not vent mood more moderate, and the more unable to focus attention to solve the problem, and appear other inhibitory interference activities to evade solving the problem.
