China National Aerobics Team has achieved excellent performance in the world competition. It has a strong significance to explore their training arrangement and training method. In this study, we regard the athletes as respondents who prepared in China national aerobics training team for World Championships, and conduct a deep research about a complete training stage of in China national aerobics training team consist of: training aim, training content, training methods, training load, etc, by using the following methods:field trip, interviews with experts, research literature. Finally, we get the following conclusions:1. Competitive aerobics project is a sport item which the glycolysis energy-based sports program, its core region closer to the limb, it s easy to form near fixation. The transmission of "power chain" in this project needs to play the central force, and then passes the strength to somewhere else by using core muscle group.2. Athletes of national team training camp general core strength training for the main parts including abdominal muscle group, back muscles, pelvic muscles and shoulder muscles group, and it takes more than 40min. And the special core strength training content is mainly based on the auxiliary exercises of technology.3. The national team athletes training is divided into preparation period, competition period and recovery period, in preparation period, core strength training for 6 times a week, each time cumulative 60-90 minutes, with 50%-60% load intensity, take large load as the main. In Pre competition training, core strength training for 3-5times a week, each lasted about 45 minutes, with 70%-90% load intensity, medium load based. In Competition week, core strength training for 2 times a week, every time for 30 minutes, with 40%-80% load intensity, medium load. 4.4. National team coach achieve high degree of unity from the training objective plan to the content preparation and then to the monitoring of the training process through the unity of specificity and diversity of training content, unity of continuity and periodicity of training process, and difference treatment for the training targets.
