The experts pointed out that attention is not a temporary problem that one cannot focus on something for a long time, it plays a decisive role to the development of adolescents in the investigation report of 2006 Chinese juvenile attention report. Being distracted will directly give rise to inefficient learning and educational performance.Therefore, how to make young people focus has become the most focus of researchers.At present, attention deficit disorder children have been cured mainly with medicine in the methods of training attentions. It is taking effect, but the condition may come again and it has influenced children’s health when taking medicine for sometime. Methods are more restrictive. Single behavior modification technology or cognitive behavioral strategy does not have a perfect result on attention deficit disorder children, only improving one part but lack of obvious function. Sensory integration training need huge locations and some related training facilities. Meanwhile, there are some shortages that trained professional workers are necessary and it will take a long period. So no side effect and lasting result biofeedback training methods trigger people’s concern and research.Biofeedback training is based on hardware facilities, gathering EGG signal and individuals are trained on software system platform. Now there are many training systems, which are ignorant of targeted training for individual differences, a few of which concern this problem but do not make sure which research is more rational, and most of which are a lack of contrasting tested individuals.The paper focuses on different individuals, contrast adults with youngsters, and then prove that youngsters’ attention is quite plastic. Besides, single training and combined training are referred in this paper. Tests prove that combined training is more effective. In terms of tested youngsters, the paper analyzes how to effectively tell from individual differences and then finds effective training of concentration. It analyzes individual differences from four attention characters to train ones’ concentration and by testing, finds different training with different characters to make a better effect and a more directed training.
