The teaching of primary school chinese fairy tale is an important part of Chinese education. The study from the four angles of the fairy tale curriculum theory, fairy tale teaching theory, the theory of children’s psychological development for studying fairy tale and the theory of fairy-tale’s value to explain the theoretical basis of the primary school chinese fairy tale teaching, and taking the opportunity theory basis, conducts the research to the problems in the teaching of primary school Chinese fairy tale. The research neatens and analyses a large of literature depend on the method of literature analysis. And it investigats the problems existing in the primary school Chinese teaching of fairy tale depend on two methods that questionnaire investigation and interview investigation.The results showed that primary school Chinese teaching four major problems, the fairy tale the classroom teaching methods lack of spirit of fairy tale, a fairy tale "a presumptuous guest usurps the host’s role" improper, text advantage with the fairy tale, extracurricular reading guide fairy tale is weak, existing in the fairy tale.The elementary school language teaching the causes of the problems existing in the fairy tale has theory and behavior reasons.The theoretical reason for teachers to their own fairy tale theory accomplishment to accumulate enough, teacher appreciation ability insufficient understanding of fairy tales for children and teachers to grasp the characteristics of fairy tales teaching does not reach the designated position, the teacher is not enough to understand the value of extracurricular reading fairy tales.Behavior causes the interesting to succumb to the test pressure for fairy class, the teacher failed to take the initiative to go to study and found that the fairy tale of children, teachers teaching skills needs to improve, teachers lack of extracurricular reading guide skills fairy tale.To effectively solve the problems that exist in the primary school Chinese teaching of fairy tale, in this study based on the analysis of the reason two countermeasures are put forward.First, teachers consciously ascend related theory attainment, set up the correct teaching idea fairy tale. This measures have four specific requirements.Improving teachers theoretical accomplishment to setting up correct concept of fairy tale; Researching and founding children actively to setting up the correct children’s education; Grasping rationally the teaching characteristics of fairy tale to setting up the correct view on language; Understanding deeply the value of extracurricular fairy tale to setting up correct view of reading.Second, optimizing the classroom teaching on Chinese fairy tales. The countermeasures also have four points. creating "fairy tale"; Adhering to the "sentimental" classroom education; Training language skills with fairy tale text advantage; Guiding effectively extracurricular reading fairy tale.This two countermeasures have certain reference value, to improve the primary school Chinese teaching of fairy tale,.
