The Ministry of Education has launched “Full-time Professional Master” as a new form of postgraduate training since 2009. It meets the needs of high-level expertise in the economic and social development that has great significance to improve the university postgraduate training system of high-level talent cultivation. Full-time Master of Education as an important part of full-time professional master, it is responsible for the basic education to cultivate excellent primary and secondary school teachers. The goal of Master of Education personnel training, the quality of talents cultivation, even the construction of teachers’ team in basic education depend on Full-time Master of Education curriculum deign. University should deign curriculum to match Master of Education training objectives for the new training model. The answer of effect about Full-time Master of Education curriculum is based on the subject of education – students’ experience.Therefore this study researches on students of Full-time Master of Education, using the survey method, in view of 17 professional of Full-time Master of Education curriculum satisfaction with the method of questionnaire and targeted interview in a university in western China. According to the survey, Full-time Master of Education is satisfied basically of curriculum, but there are still some problems.Firstly, the position of Master of Education is inaccurate. It doesn’t differentiate master of academic and professional master, Master of Education training still follows academic master training methods. As a result, full-time Master of Education curriculum tends to academic, courses focusing on theoretical and lack of practical ones. Meanwhile, the degree of integration of theory and practice is not high.Secondly, the lack of educational resource leads to overloaded class, the difficult of practical teaching and low degree of freedom in elective courses.Thirdly, the level of teachers doesn’t match Full-time Master of Education curriculum, including inappropriate teaching methods, unreasonable teaching content and lack of practical knowledge.The following measures should be taken to solve the problems.Firstly, proportion of academic programs and highlighting practicality should be reduced.Secondly, investment on the master of education funds to supplement the education resources, rationalized education resources and strengthen macroeconomic policy guidance should be increased.Thirdly, the level of teachers and full-time Master of Education curriculum should be integrated, with using flexible teaching methods, arranging advanced teaching content and increasing practical knowledge.This study will contribute to the continuous improvement and development theory of full-time Master of Education curriculum, to provide a reasonable reference for the Master of Education curriculum. Besides, it will greatly benefit the construction of full-time Master of Education curriculum. In addition, it has great significance to improve satisfaction and training quality of Full-time Master of Education curriculum.
