Strengthening students’moral education to improve their moral quality is one of the important purposes of our country’s education, which is also one of the important goals of school education. The Educational Ministry’s views on deepening the curriculum reform to implement the fundamental task of development students through moral education put forward that we should make full use of the humanities subjects’unique advantage of educating people. Chinese is both a tool and humanities subject, there are rich moral education resources in Chinese material, and the Chinese material itself is a good material of moral education.The teacher should fully discover the moral education resources in Chinese material during teaching and maximize its moral education value in a scientific and reasonable way to realize the moral education function of Chinese material. The junior middle school Chinese material of Beijing normal university edition has a higher popularity and a mature development. Thus, this study chose the Chinese material of Beijing normal university edition as research objects, and the exploration of the moral education content and its practical path will have certain representativeness. Considering that the research objects are static text materials, the research methods of this study are mainly literature method and content analysis method.There are five parts in this study.The first part is introduction, which mainly introduce the background, the purposes and significance, definition, literature review and research ideas of this study.The second part is the reading of moral education value of junior middle school Chinese material, and it mainly includes two parts, they are the orientation and reflection of moral education value of junior middle school Chinese material. First, have a interpretation of the existed research of the orientation of moral education value of junior middle school Chinese material. Second, have an exploration of the reflection of moral education value of junior middle school Chinese material, and emphasize that through the learning of moral content penetrated in Chinese material can improve students’moral cognitive ability and promote the formation of students’ moral quality.The third part is the analysis of moral content of junior middle school Chinese material. After a brief introduction of the junior middle school Chinese material of Beijing normal university edition, have an exploration of the moral education context integrated in the Chinese material of Beijing normal university edition through a series analysis of the four aspects including selection system, help reading system, homework system and comprehensive practice system in the material, and this will lay a foundation to the research of the practical paths of Chinese material’s moral education.The fourth part is the practical paths of moral education of junior middle school Chinese material. According to the form and functional characteristics of the method, the practical paths of Chinese material’s moral education can be divided into two types, they are explicit practical paths and penetrative practical paths. On the one hand, from four aspects of direct teaching, model demonstration, strengthen promotion and subject practice to explore the explicit practical paths. On another, from three aspects of the usage of modern media as carrier, combination with knowledge teaching and students’ life to explore the penetrative practical paths.The fifth part is conclusion and suggestion. According to the above analysis, there are three characteristics of the moral education content in Chinese material of Beijing normal university edition. First, reflects the Chinese excellent traditional culture. Second, reflects the requirements of the outline of moral education of middle school students. Third, the lack of the current mainstream moral values. For a better practice of the moral education function of Chinese material, put forward three suggestions, they are grasp the three-dimensional teaching objectives, pay attention to the practice of moral education, and the students’dominant position. In order to really achieve Chinese material’s moral education, and do some help to the enhancement of the students’moral accomplishment, as well as provide certain reference to Chinese teachers’ teaching.
