With the development of educational theory and practice, schools and families are aware of each other and not fully in control of their lives, occupy the other half life of family or school may obliterate their work achievements. Coupled with in primary school children, on the one hand, they have strong to the teachers on the other hand and believe authoritative parents, the teacher’s words as "imperial edict", parents also do not listen to. Most children often get caught in the confusion when families and schools clash with the demands they have made.. Therefore, in order to pursue the maximization of the effect of education, the family and the school complement each other, the joint effort is particularly important.. The author finds that the cause of the internal quality of the cooperation between the home and the school is the two aspects of the teacher and the parents.. However, the two aspects of the parents and teachers are mainly due to the differences between parents and teachers’ education ideas, and the mutual expectation and the misunderstanding in the cooperative education.According to the theory of conflict,conflict not only have a negative impact, but also have a positive effect, the key is how to deal with people. Conflict control well, will work for home school cooperation to add vitality, otherwise, will hinder the school cooperation further development. Therefore, it is very important to understand correctly and recognize these conflict and to develop effective home school cooperation.This paper uses questionnaire survey method, interview method, literature analysis method, the empirical research and theoretical analysis of conflict in education concept of home school cooperation, points out the conflicts between parents and teachers’ education concept of cooperative education in school performance, the reason for the conflict, for the home school cooperation in the long conflict with the reasons put forward the concept of teacher education three principles to solve the home school parents and teachers’ education ideas in conflict:face principle, negotiation principle of respecting the principle of priority, according to the principle of the proposed deal with the conflict of four specific strategies:to further smooth the home school communication channels, deepen mutual understanding between parents and teachers, the establishment of cooperation coordination role, improve home school communication management system, formulate and implement the cooperation between home and school teachers and parents’ training plan.
