Private higher education in China with the support of national policy, has been rapid developed. After ten years of development,by the end of2013,the national total of more than1400private colleges,cultivate the talents of more than1.5million,private higher education become an important part of "higher education.however,as the private colleges and universities own development,to breakthrough the quality,credibility and the characteristics of the different development road facing multiple test,in many problems in the development of private colleges, more and more highlights the construction of teachers team,the contradiction of the young teachers as an important part of private colleges teachers, gradual loss of this group is bound to weaken the stability of the whole teachers, long-term to certainly will influence the development of the school.This study summarizes the loss of teachers on the basis of research results to local private Guangxi young college teachers as the research objects,the relevant factors that affect teachers’ job satisfaction and turnover intention to produce empirical research,the article uses literature research,field survey and interviews with a representative for private colleges and universities in Guangxi depth and detailed analysis.Articles addition to the introduction of the main structure is divided into three parts:the first,from the loss of status of teachers in private colleges and universities in Guangxi,analyzes the loss of young teachers of private universities negative effects;Second,the use of quantitative research and qualitative research questionnaire interviews Statistics on research data obtained were analyzed using factor analysis method analysis,principal component analysis excavation work of young teachers leaving the variables causing dissatisfaction,and young teachers in the post-employment tends to be quantitative statistics,and finally summed up the impact the loss of young Teachers in Private the main factors. Local private colleges and universities in Guangxi Youth reasons including social environmental factors,schools and internal management factors of young teachers personal factors.Third,this section proposes to strengthen teachers’ basic loss management measures aimed at strengthening the Guangxi region to support the theory of young college teachers in private construction,providing construction advice for the development of private universities,these recommendations include:First, the macro level, create a favorable external environment Guangxi young teachers in private colleges, including the support of relevant policies,increase investment in education to improve the corresponding private universities funding model, the establishment of governmen t-led social protection mechanisms to improve the treatment of teachers;second,the meso level,changing educational philosophy of private universities,to establish the division of the management philosophy,establish and improve mechanisms for training young teachers to improve the remuneration of internal equity and external competitiveness, establish scientific performance assessment body,optimizing talent environment of private universities,building a harmonious campus Man,youth career development system to build private teachers;third,individual teachers, strengthen teacher professional ethics, professionalism and improve ideological and moral standards of young teachers,strengthen the moral construction.
