Entering the 21-st century, the higher education reform with the times, the private higher education in the whole reform process by more and more people concern, showing its key position. Private Colleges in the wave of higher education, by improving the hardware facilities of the school, enlarging school running conditions to improve school scale, and continuously upgrade their hard power, and enhance their own competitiveness. However, private college students facing a bottleneck in the development of personnel training, the management of teachers is an important factor, human resources management system of the company is perfect for the development of enterprises, and to make positive contribution, based on this understanding, this thesis attempts to enterprise field "performance management" into the private universities in the construction of teachers, will help to stimulate private universities of young teachers working vigor, improve teaching quality, and thus further enhance the soft power of private universities.In this thesis, based on the performance management and private universities of connotation, performance appraisal technology related theory, Jiangxi province private higher education and teachers team construction, and draw comparison with the British and American university teacher performance management experience, through the Jiangxi Province Private colleges a performance appraisal of the case study is analyzed, proposed young teachers performance management problems and causes of the private university in Jiangxi province and even the whole country, and finally, the thesis makes use of the theories in Management Science, Sociology, Public Management to construct an operational model of young teachers with private characteristics of performance management, it discusses optimization and integration of this operational process.
