In real life, whether parents, teachers or students,tend to stress on scores, while ignore the classroom learning behavior. In fact, the two are closely related to each other. With the development of the society and the change of times, now in biological classroom,some inexperienced teachers are faced with a lot of problems caused by learning behaviors of the poor student, which they cannot solve.By tracking the junior high school students’ biology classroom learning behavior in Grade Eight, this study analyzes the cause of their classroom learning behavior, and formulates the corresponding strategy. The author hopes to provide more instances of material for first-line teachers to facilitate its reference and use.The biological classroom behavior of learning poor students refers to all their learning related actions and reactions in biology class,covering physical and psychological, implicit and explicit, positive and negative behaviors.Those students’ physical, spiritual and intellectual level is normal, but have significantly lower biological academic performance than the same grade students.They do not meet the requirements of the new curriculum standard. In order to understand the status of the biological classroom learning behavior of the poor student, this study make a concrete analysis of their learning behavior in class by making classroom observation scale. At the same time, this study deeply analyzes the causes of poor student classroom learning behavior by interviewing poor learning student, their teachers, and parents.Aiming at the causes, this study formulated the corresponding strategy, and put them into practice. Before and after the mid-term exam, in order to detect the effect of the policy enforcement, the author observed poor student in biology classroom learning behavior again, and compared it with the observation results at the beginning of the study analysis.The author formulated the corresponding optimization strategy, and put them into practice. At the end of the semester,in order to detect the effect of optimization strategy implementation, the poor student classroom learning behavior was observed once again. Then the author carried on a contrast analysis on early and mid-term observation and formulated the corresponding reinforcement strategy. In the whole process of research, the poor learning students’ classroom behaviors are different in different period, so we should adopt different strategies for its transformation.
