Research Report Of Social Work Intervention In Community Service

As society changes, more and more communities bear the social responsibility, demand for community services has diversified, and therefore we must improve community services and improved. In recent years, the government encourages the innovation of social management, the involvement of social work into community service is exactly one innovation of social management. Through government purchase, social work and community services will combine not only help enhance the level of community service, but also for the community development work provided the stage. Involved in community social work services will integrate social work professionals and community resources.In this paper, it takes the Xia Chong community of Hui Zhou city as the example. At the first part, it introduced the current situation of the community service in Xia Chong, followed by introduction of the specific process in the community service involvement, from this it draws a conclusion of the major factors currently affecting community services. The four factors are:first, the unsoundness of this social work mechanism in community service; second, low community awareness of social work, thus results in less support in social work; third, lack of the long-term power in in the involvement community service work. And in the last part, this paper brings out the strategy for improving the social work community service intervention:first, improving the social work systems and mechanisms about community service involvement; second, optimizing social environment of community service involvement; third, accelerating the professional progress of social work, and improving the treatment and social status of social workers.Through the research about the involvement of social work into community service in the village community, this paper tries to provide new ideas and references for the development of other cities’ community service.
