Yantai City Junior High School Physical Education Teachers To Adapt To The New Standard The Status Of Investigation And Analysis

Whether or not the teachers can adapt this change and complete this reform is the key that the new curriculum standards are carried out smoothly.In this thesis the writer, starting with the professional qualities and abilities of junior high school physical education teachers from Zhifu District, Yantai, uses such methods as documentary, questionnaire, survey, mathematical statistics and logic to analyze the condition of the teachers'adaptability to the new curriculum standards. From the survey and the analysis the writer draws a conclusion like this: The junior high school physical education teachers in Zhifu Distract, Yantai can generally adjust to the request of the new curriculum standards. However, there still exists a certain margin in professional qualities and abilities. Therefore, the teachers need further improvement. A lot of subjective and objective factors affect the teachers'adaptability. The education authorities and heads of the schools should emphasize the importance of junior high school physical education, paying attention to the training to the teachers, raising their position, enlarging investment in physical education so that the junior high school physical education will make greater progress.
