This paper wants to study of Shijiazhuang city junior high school physical education and health curriculum implementation status in recent years, the understanding of shijiazhuang city junior high school in the concrete implementation of relevant laws and regulations, and policies and enforce the curriculum standards(2011 edition) of the actual situation of master of Shijiazhuang in the process of implementing curriculum problems and difficulties, for the education department provides the basis for decision making and teaching to promote work, late for physical education teachers professional development to provide certain guidance function, for deepening the reform and development of the junior high school physical education and health course provides corresponding Suggestions.This study using the literature material law, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, in shijiazhuang city junior high school as the research object, through stratified sampling and random sampling method to extract 96 20 junior high school physical education teachers and 764 students to investigate, understand the shijiazhuang city junior high school English curriculum implementation present situation and the impact factors of curriculum implementation, aiming at main problems puts forward improvement Suggestions.Investigation conclusion is as follows:1、Shijiazhuang city sports and health curriculum standard document in the school to implement situation is ideal, through teachers reflect the situation to know that there are still some schools, in the real teaching is not in accordance with the requirements of the file to execute, curriculum document is just a decoration and no action. Mainly because the curriculum standard in the process of the implementation of macroeconomic regulation and control ability is insufficient, failed to build a sound management system, lead to eauty curriculum standard.2、The record of formal schooling and title of Shijiazhuang city junior high school physical education teachers are relatively high, most of the front-line teachers have solid basic knowledge, more easy to accept new things, and a large rise in the later teaching of space. But because of the large amount of junior middle school teachers’ work tasks, such as can not get the attention of the corresponding reasons caused a lot of teachers’ work enthusiasm is low, the scientific research ability.3、 The vast majority of the PE teachers’ understanding of new content, and according to the requirement of new teaching content, improvement of organization form, but not rich enough, especially in teaching organization form need teacher boldly try new organization form according to actual situation. In terms of learning evaluation basic conform to the requirements of the curriculum, teachers will highlight the focus, in the evaluation main body should let more people to participate.4 、 Shijiazhuang city department of education according to the new standard successively promulgated the various policies and measures to actively promote the implementation of new, but part of the school leaders still do not have a correct understanding of the importance of physical education, hinder the smooth progress of new.Put forward the following Suggestions:1、In the later work should continue to strengthen the propaganda of new education department, the first to let the leadership of the school, teachers agree and accept the new standard in the thoughts, can in the later teaching practice of new content, at the same time establish a detailed system of rewards and punishments, and the schools are not regular inspection. To lead in the thoughts, in the work system to ensure that the implementation of new effect.2、For physical education teachers to continue training re-education, every teacher before mount guard for inspection, evaluation and a unified criterion and ensure work teachers have high technical level. Positive organizational learning content of new teachers, understand its essence, discusses its method, and reflect on the problems in the teaching of timely communication, the common problems in the teachers concentrated solution, individual questions one by one, trying to raise the level of teachers’ quality. Grasp the curriculum content, flexible use of teaching methods, bold innovation, to improve students’ interest in learning, evaluation system, the reasonable use of fair reaction students’ learning situation. In the case of insufficient facilities, teacher development all available resources to lead students to increase on the degree of development and utilization of sports equipment, make full use of existing resources are rich and colorful teaching work.3、Teaching can be conducted with the school location equipment is enough or not has a direct relationship, cannot neglect the undertakings of physical culture and sports in the school, the sports work of the basic can be smoothly under the premise of to have the ability to implement the new standard.4、Want to physical education can get the support of school leaders, must let their ideological recognition, which will be reflected in action, which requires people from all walks of life’s publicity to let more people to learn physical education, understand the curriculum. And then improve the status of physical education, to avoid physical education is occupied by a random case, make sure that students enough time to do exercise every day(new lesson requires at least an hour every day), the attention of the leadership is the biggest motivation for the teachers’ work.Implementation of new a long way to go, must go through a long to take off the change process, this needs to be school leaders, teachers, students and parents of students social people from all walks of life work together.
