Study On The Practice Of Flipped Classroom In Primary And Secondary Education

Students’ class system for individualized learning needs are not met, the students learn more passive, innovative spirit and practical ability phenomenon has not been fully developed, in the context of information technology, we can consider using the convenience of modern information technology to improve teaching and provide learning model to convert ideas and seek a new way. Based on this, the author proposes a research of" Study on the Practice of Flipped Classroom in Primary and Secondary Education --- a case study of C20 Mooc League" to promote the development of teachers and students.Flipped classroom is a form of blended learning which brings an interactive engagement pedagogy to classrooms by having students learn content online, usually at home, and homework is done in class with teachers and students discussing and solving questions. Teacher interaction with students is more personalized-guidance instead of lecturing. In the field of basic education, flip the classroom and MOOC are closely linked, MOOC is the carrier of flipped classroom, flipped classroom is an essential part of MOOC, They complement each other.Flipped classroom practice in the formation of the inversion mode with its own characteristics, such as "3456" Flipped Mode, "three-five-link" Flipped Mode. Similarly, flipped classroom has achieved some success, has improved student academic achievement, enhance self-learning ability, enhance interest in learning, communication skills enhancement, and so on. In addition, flipped classroom in practice also encountered some problems, micro-video production quality, and teachers work pressure, heavy burden on students, and so on. Resolve these issues need to promote quality education, improve the evaluation system, improve leadership attention, build a network learning platform and resource sharing platform literacy and so on.
