With the continuous progress of society and the advancement of information construction,people have more and more extensive ways of acquiring knowledge.In recent years,a new type of teaching mode,“MOOCs and Flipping Class” has been applied in college teaching.This has also become a hot topic for educators.The introduction of "MOOCs and Flipping Class" has overturned the traditional teaching mode,it combined the traditional classroom with the information technology,and adapt to the development of the times.The study is based on the application of the "MOOCs and Flipping Class" teaching mode in public sports classrooms of colleges and universities.It aims to discuss the teaching theories,methods and effects of "MOOCs and Flip Classroom".It uses the literature review,questionnaire.investigation,expert interview,and mathematical analysis methods.Clarified the theoretical basis of the teaching mode of "MOOCs and Flipping Class",and explored the entry point for the introduction of university sports topics-teaching content in Wechat Push.The subject of this paper is the Badminton 2017 undergraduate class of the four classes at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.It investigates and analyzes the impact of the WeChat Official Account on the badminton before and after the class,as well as the students' learning experience.As an entry point for MOOCs,the WeChat Official Account teaching method has laid a good foundation for the introduction of MOOCs and analyzed the teaching significance of the "MOOCs and Flipping Class" teaching mode.Finally,the paper analyzes the value,matters and suggestions for the introduction of the teaching model of "MOOCs and Flipping Class" into college PE.The conclusion of the study can be divided into following:Firstly,the implementation of "MOOCs and Flipping Class" needs support policy from school,a higher teacher team,adequate funding and hardware facilities protection,and students should have strong self-learning ability.Secondly,the application of the "MOOCs and Flipping Class" will be one of the important ways to promote the development of physical education in Chinese colleges and universities public sports classroom.This teaching mode will improve the efficiency and quality of the classroom and improve stimulates students' interest in sports.Thirdly,in the process of implementation,the content of the MOOCs is very important.It is necessary to understand the differences between the individual students,then design the curriculum according to the students' hobbies and interests.Fourth,after implementing the WeChat Push for a period of time,it can be predicted that the teaching mode of "MOOCs and Flipping Class" will be practical and feasible in the public sports classrooms.However,some issues must be noted,through long-term traditional teaching,students' self learning ability is low,and it will takes time to adapt to this new type of teaching mode.The overall quality of teachers also needs to be updated in a timely manner to continuously satisfy students' interest in sports under the new environment.In general,the teaching mode of “MOOCs and Flipping Class” can be introduced into the physical education classroom under the present teaching environment,and it will surely become a new direction and mode in the new era.
