Content: 2007 Chinese Society of Education Geography Teaching Seminar was held on the theme of "geography teacher professional development under the new curriculum background" Academic Conference, It was noted that the professional development of senior high school geography teachers under new curriculum background, will become the key to the success of new curriculum reform, This shows the importance of geography teachers’ professional development. In addition the center of the new high school curriculum reform is the "new curriculum, new ideas, and new entrance", These three dimensions are directly or indirectly reflects the life education concept in respect for the students to experience. Life oriented teaching is a kind of ability, Provides the direction of teacher professional development in nature, Therefore, based on the perspective of daily life under the geography classroom young geography teacher professional development is a hot research field in another innovation.In this paper, literature, questionnaire and case analysis, the constructivism, teachers’ specialization, the children’s center and the life education theory as the basis, based on the young geography teacher professional development under the perspective of geography classroom life to do a more systematic study. There are five parts:Part I: Introduction. Introduces the research background, purpose and content, significance, research status, research methods and innovations.Part II: Core Concepts defined and Theoretical basic of researchPart III: geography classroom to life needs for Young geography teacher professional development. Analysis of the life of teaching and young geography teacher professional development and the relationship between the two, on this basis, focuses on the young geography teacher’s problems of teaching life.Part IV: Mainly from three aspects analyzes the way of professional development of young teachers under the view of Geography Classroom Life. Personally, young geography teachers should foster the development of consciousness, development planning, the ability to exercise, affection and other aspects of the formation of professional development effort; The school is to provide a development platform angle is more meaningful for young geography teacher development; Social point of view, mainly to young geography teacher professional development to provide a good environment. And launched specifically addressed on every angle, Is a key part of this research.Part V: A Case Study. First with their own teaching practice, choose a more classic case of life teaching, Analysis of the life oriented teaching of young teachers with awareness and practice and the existing problems. Then select the life of student activities analyzing the requirements for young geography teachers’ professional development life of teaching.Part VI: Conclusions and Prospects. Summarize the key point of this article and study limitations, the prospect and direction of life from the angle of geography teacher professional development research is prospected.
