Employment is the basement of the people’s living.How to solve the employment problems and re-employment refer to the billions of people’s vital benefits,the development of the Reform and Opening-up and the great goal of the construction of a well-off life.In 2015,the number of the national graduates adds up to 7480,000 and the number in Inner Mongolia adds up to 117,000 which includes 20,000 Mongolian-language-teaching graduates.The structural contradiction is still obvious.Promoting the employment of graduates becomes more difficult,especially the Mongolian-language-teaching graduates face to more and more difficult situation because of their language barriers,the shortage of positions and their own ability limits.Based on this condition,after referring to a lot of literature and doing lots of sampling survey,individual interviews and social observations,this article regard the Mongolian-language-teaching graduates as research objects,will analysis the main reasons of employment difficulties and also will give some advice on solving the problems.The followings are the advice:1.The policy aspects:realize the related regulations strictly;set up the positions widely;strengthen the employment guiding;encourage the self employment etc.2.Ethnological education aspects:speed up the university reform;raise the elementary education level; develop the occupational education etc.3.Social aspects:enhance the ethnological cultural identity veritably;construct a good employment environment etc.4.Mongolian-language-teaching graduates’personal aspects:realize the employment advantages;train an excellent employment ability etc.
